Merchandise Return Policy

At Pelham Saddlery our goal is your complete satisfaction. Any new/unused item may be returned at any time for a store credit with proof of purchase. For a full refund please return any new/unused items within 30 days of purchase with your invoice or receipt. Saddles that have been purchased cannot be returned, but are welcome to the store on consignment.

Saddle Satisfaction Guarantee
At Pelham Saddlery our goal is a correct fitting saddle for both horse and rider.  To ensure your satisfaction Pelham Saddlery allows all saddles out on a 7-day trial prior to purchase. Please follow the Trial Guidelines provided.

Saddles receive a full 7 day trial from the day you receive the saddle. (We don't count shipping time to you or back to us as your trial time!). Trial saddles are not subject to any additional return fees as long as the saddle is either returned to us within the 7 day trial period, or Pelham Saddlery has received confirmation of a tracking # within the 7 day trial period ensuring the saddle is on its way back to us. If Pelham Saddlery has not been notified with a tracking # within the 7 day trial period and the saddle is returned after the 7-day trial period, the saddle will be eligible for an in store credit only. The saddle is also subject to a minimum usage fee of 15%. If the saddle is not returned in the same condition that it left the store, there will be additional charges above and beyond the 15% restocking fee.
